The author gives readers a glimpse of the marshes and swamps around Asheville in North Carolina. I have been seeing the book on the bestsellers list for weeks. Do crawdads even sing? By the way, WTF is a crawdad?
I have seen one by Peñasquitos Creek, downstream. It looks like a lobster and somebody identified it to me as crayfish.
