Limit everyone from carbon dioxide emissions?

As in no farting allowed?
I don't believe a crap about limiting carbon dioxide emissions. According to medicine.net, individuals free of symptoms of excessive flatulence record an approximately 14 passages of  gut gas per 24 hours.
Nitrogen, the main constituent of air, is the primary gas released during flatulence, along with carbon dioxide. Methane which is a carbon and four atoms of hydrogen is also a component of human carbon emissions.
